Wheat3BMine is a browser based data mining tool dedicated to URGIs genomic annotation of the wheat 3B chromosome. It was developed using InterMine, providing multiple points of access to integrated data, including genes, mRNA, polypeptides, transposable elements, polymorphisms, markers, genetic mapping data, QTLs and phenotyping data.
